International Couier Coordinator

Position: International Courier Coordinator

Location: TW14,

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30 or 10am - 18:30

Salary up to £30,000 | Full-time, Perm Contract

We're recruiting for a Courier Coordinator to join a busy freight & logistics operation, managing domestic and international courier shipments from booking through to delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone with courier, logistics, freight forwarding, transport or coordination experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Book domestic and international shipments with courier providers
• Arrange collections and deliveries
• Produce shipping labels and customs documentation
• Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Provide customers with delivery updates
• Liaise with warehouse and operations teams on urgent shipments
• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time
• Assist with general warehouse administration when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced with international courier operations

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
• Computer literate and comfortable using online systems
• Professional, proactive and able to work to deadlines
• Ideally experienced within logistics, courier, transport or freight forwarding
