International Protection & Arbitration Paralegal

A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its busy International Protection and Arbitration teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to gain hands-on experience across complex matters, with strong exposure to clients, courts and tribunals.
The Paralegal's Role
- Supporting International Protection, Human Rights and Arbitration matters
- Preparing court and tribunal documents, applications and bundles
- Drafting correspondence, statements and legal documents under supervision
- Managing client files and case management systems
- Completing Home Office, Passport Office and court applications
- Liaising with clients, authorities, Counsel and other professionals
- Attending client meetings, hearings and conferences
- Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
- Maintaining accurate time recording and assisting with billing
- Supporting business development and firm-wide initiatives
The Paralegal
- At least 6 months' relevant legal experience
- Law degree, conversion, LPC or SQE
- Experience in International Arbitration, Human Rights or litigation against government bodies desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and client care skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Proactive, professional and commercially aware
- Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
