The successful Interventions Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver targeted intervention sessions to pupils who require additional support. The role will involve tracking pupil progress, adapting intervention strategies to meet individual needs, and supporting children to achieve their learning goals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering interventions within a primary school setting and a good understanding of the primary curriculum.
