Inventory Admin Specialist

Great opportunity to work as an Inventory Admin Specialist for our client - The largest pure-play contract logistics provider in the world, offering bespoke solutions for e-commerce, retail, and industrial customers.

Staffline is recruiting an Inventory Admin Specialist in Greenford.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £15.73 per hour

This is a full-time role working any 5 out of 7 (always off on Saturdays, but working on Sundays)
Various shifts -
6am - 2pm , 9am - 5pm, 11am - 7pm, occasionally 1pm - 9pm.

Your Time at Work
As an Inventory Admin Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Processing the receipt into the warehouse of inbound loads.
- Processing outbound orders for picking and dispatching.
- Liaising day-to-day with suppliers
- Ensuring that data and operational information is maintained on key business systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring all on-hold pallets are highlighted and dealt with in a timely fashion
- Ensure the site Health & Safety policies are maintained and followed

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have good English communication and maths skills. You will be computer literate.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
