Pay: £15.81/hr
Fixed Shift: 17:00-06:00
Days: Friday-Sunday 

Job Description

Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for an Inventory Stock Controller on behalf of a growing and established client based in Warrington.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with stock control experience to join a fast-paced warehouse operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating stock discrepancies, and supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels
• Conducting regular cycle counts and stock audits
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Monitoring stock movements and updating internal systems
• Producing stock and inventory reports
• Liaising with warehouse and management teams to ensure stock accuracy
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out processes
• Identifying opportunities to improve stock control procedures
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within a stock control or inventory role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or stock control software
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred
