Property Investment Advisor – £30,000 Basic + Commission

Location: Bawtry, Doncaster
Salary: £30,000 basic + £1,000 commission per completed deal + additional monthly bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

About the Company

We are a rapidly growing UK property investment company based in Bawtry, Doncaster.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson, estate agent or property professional who wants to progress into property investment sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound enquiries from prospective property investors
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their investment objectives
• Present property investment opportunities via phone and Zoom
• Explain investment propositions, projected returns and key property information
• Follow up with prospects and progress opportunities through to completion
• Handle objections and confidently negotiate with prospective investors
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the buying process

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, confident and driven to earn.

You may come from:

• Estate agency / residential property sales
• Property investment
• New homes sales
• Lettings
• Mortgage or financial services
• B2B or B2C sales

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a proven track record in sales
• Be confident speaking to clients over the phone and Zoom
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Be comfortable discussing numbers and financial returns
• Be target-driven and motivated by commission
• Be confident handling objections and closing sales
• Have a professional and engaging telephone manner
• Be self-motivated, competitive and hungry to succeed
• Be comfortable dealing with high-net-worth and professional clients
• Have an interest in property, investment or personal finance
