Part-Time Invoice Clerk, Private Estate (GL54)
We are seeking an organised and discreet Invoice Clerk to support the financial administration of a private estate. The estate comprises a number of smaller landowning entities, so a key part of the role is identifying which entity each invoice relates to and ensuring it is recorded correctly. This role would suit someone who would like to work reduced hours to fit in around other commitments.
Key responsibilities
· Receive, check and record invoices from suppliers and contractors.
· Match invoices and costs to the correct landowning entity.
· Check invoice details against supporting records and query anything unclear.
· Prepare invoices for approval and payment.
· Maintain accurate records for each entity.
· Liaise with suppliers and the estate team to resolve invoice queries.
About you
You will have experience processing invoices or working in accounts administration, with excellent attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable keeping track of costs across several entities, confident using spreadsheets and accounting systems, and careful with confidential information. Experience in an estate or property setting would be helpful but is not essential.
Hours: 7–10 hours per week, with flexible working hours and a hybrid arrangement to be agreed.
Salary: £18 -£20 per hour DOE
