Salary
- Basic rate (Mon–Fri, first 37.5 hours): £15.69 PAYE working rate + £2.20 holiday pay = £17.89 total PAYE payable (Umbrella rate: £21.20)
- Overtime 1 (Midweek & Saturday, first 6 hours): £20.40 PAYE working rate + £2.86 holiday pay = £23.26 total PAYE payable (Umbrella rate: £27.56)
- Overtime 2 (Saturday after 6 hours & Sundays): £23.54 PAYE working rate + £3.30 holiday pay = £26.84 total PAYE payable (Umbrella rate: £31.80)
- Location: Sheffield (S9) – New build factory site
- Start Date: July 2026
- Duration: December 2026
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Monitor operatives working at heights of up to 28–30 metres
- Ensure all barriers and exclusion zones remain in place
- Patrol and secure the work area to prevent unauthorised access
- Report potential hazards or unsafe practices immediately
- Work closely with the site team to maintain safe operations
- Valid CSCS card
- IPAF qualification
- Experience supervising MEWP or high-access work
- Strong communication and hazard awareness
