IPAF Operator Required

Our client is seeking an experienced IPAF Oprator for a temporary contract on a project in Peterborough. This vacancy is being advertised by a recruitment agency acting on behalf of the employer.

IPAF Operator Required – Peterborough

Location: Peterborough
Start Date: Monday, 20th July 2026
Duration: 3 Weeks
Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour

Duties:

  • Operating Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) safely and efficiently.
  • Carrying out pre-use inspections and daily equipment checks.
  • Assisting with work at height for installation and maintenance activities.
  • Working closely with site supervisors and other trades.
  • Following site health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Reporting any defects or safety concerns immediately.
  • Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised. Safe operation includes pre-use inspections, awareness of site hazards, and following the agreed safe system of work.

Requirements:

  • Valid IPAF Licence (3A/3B )
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Previous experience operating MEWPs on construction sites.
  • Full PPE.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • £21.00 per hour
  • 3 weeks of continuous work
  • Immediate start on 20/07/2026
  • Weekly pay
