IPAF Operator

Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced MEWP / IPAF Operator to join a busy construction project in Stockport on a short-term temporary contract.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operative to work with a reputable contractor on a fast-paced site.
Your new role

• Operating various Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) safely and efficiently
• Assisting trades and site teams with access requirements at height
• Carrying out pre-use inspections and daily safety checks on equipment
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times
• Working closely with site management to complete tasks safely and on schedule
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, organised, and hazard-free
• Supporting general site operations when required

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Valid IPAF Licence (3a and/or 3b)
• Previous experience operating MEWPs on construction sites
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
