IRATA Riggers Required - Long-Term PAYE Opportunity | London

We're recruiting IRATA Level 1 & Level 2 Riggers for a long-term project in London.

If you're looking for a secure, permanent PAYE role with excellent earnings, paid travel, accommodation, bonuses, and holiday pay, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• IRATA Level 1 or Level 2

   

• NVQ Level 3 in Rigging

   

• Previous onshore rigging experience

   

Shift Pattern

• Monday to the following Thursday rotation

   

• Working every other weekend

   

• Long-term, stable work

   

Typical PAYE Earnings

• Average weekly take-home pay: Approximately £1,710

   

• This includes:
  • Standard hours

     

  • Overtime

     

  • Travel time

     

  • London weighting/supplement

     

  • Accommodation allowance (where applicable)

     

   

Monthly Benefits

In addition to your weekly earnings, you'll also receive:

• Monthly productivity bonus of £2.79 per hour, worth approximately £622 gross (around £373 take-home based on a typical 223-hour month).

   

• Home travel allowance every four weeks, equivalent to the cost of a return train journey from site to your home location (for example, approximately £400 for Middlesbrough).

   

• Combined, these additional payments are worth around £775 extra take-home per month.

Scope of Work

The role includes a variety of onshore rigging activities, including:

• General rigging

   

• Pipe stand installation

   

• Primary steelwork

   

• Secondary steelwork

   

• Cladding installation
