At Voyage Care, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our IT Infrastructure & Services team as an IT Asset Apprentice. This role is designed for someone at the start of their journey — giving you real responsibility, structured learning, and the support you need to grow into a long-term career in IT.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key part in keeping our IT operations running smoothly, supporting everything from equipment deployment to asset tracking.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Maintaining accurate records of IT assets (hardware, software and mobile devices)
- Processing orders for equipment and supporting procurement activities
- Assisting with the setup and distribution of laptops, devices and accessories
- Coordinating deliveries and collections with colleagues across the business
- Supporting the management of our mobile device fleet
- Helping with audits and ensuring data accuracy
What we’re looking for
You don’t need prior IT experience — we’re more interested in your potential and attitude.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A genuine interest in technology and how it works
- Strong organisation skills and reliability
- Great attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, general computer use)
