IT Director in Soho, Greater London

Job Title: IT Director

Location: Central London, Soho area

Salary: £140-160k basic, plus excellent package

Type: Permanent, full-time

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our dynamic team based in Central London.

The client is a global digital advertising distribution platform that enabled advertisers, agencies, and broadcasters to manage the delivery of digital content across multiple channels.

The company serves an impressive portfolio of clients in over 50 countries worldwide.

As the business has recently been acquired by a larger media group, this is an exciting opportunity to bring IT services back in house from a previously outsourced arrangement and drive the IT strategy for the future.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead a dedicated team of 25 IT professionals

- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the business goals

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department

- Manage IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

- Collaborate with the Group CTO within the parent company on IT initiatives and best practices

- Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on IT performance and projects

Key requirements:

- Proven experience as a Head of IT / IT Director or similar leadership role

- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively, including DevOps and Helpdesk.
