As an IT Project Manager, you’ll plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and engage stakeholders to deliver solutions that support Cadent’s strategic objectives. From requirements workshops to testing and project closure, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence.

• Project Leadership – Define scope, create plans, and lead projects through all phases to successful completion.

• Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across all levels of the organisation.

• Risk & Budget Management – Monitor risks, budgets, and schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Quality Assurance – Ensure deliverables meet standards and regulatory requirements.

• Continuous Improvement – Champion best practices and drive innovation in project delivery.

You’re an experienced project leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering results.

• Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (essential)

• Experience & Skills:
  • Proven success in leading projects, managing budgets, and achieving stakeholder satisfaction
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
  • Financial acumen and risk assessment expertise
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
