IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager you will be a key driver in delivering projects that help keep operations running efficiently. Based across the Midlands you'll be hands-on with planning, coordinating, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Client Details

This role is with a multi site face paced environment that is embarking on a big transformation. This requires an individual that has strong project management and people management skills.

Description

• Manage the full life cycle of IT projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against timelines.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation and manage budgets effectively.
• Ensure project outcomes align with organisational goals and requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful IT Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience managing IT projects in multi site retail / FMCG.
• Strong organisational and planning skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and address risks effectively during project execution.
• Familiarity with project management tools and WATERFALL methodology.
• Experience working on business change projects

Job Offer

• Daily rate outside IR35 (DOE)
• 6 month contract
• Hybrid travelling across the midlands ( 2 days a week)
