Your responsibilities as IT Support Apprentice
  • Provide customer support via telephone, email, and remote access.
  • Assist with software implementation, including customer data setup and report configuration.
  • Carry out software testing before new releases are deployed.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Learn and apply industry-standard tools and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records while assisting with customer implementations/activities.
What we're looking for in an IT Support Apprentice
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • Previous experience within a business-to-business working environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow technical processes and work accurately.
  • Able to commute to the office in Aylesbury on a daily basis.
This position will be office based and you will need to live within a commutable distance to office.
