In this varied role, you will provide remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues. You will work with Microsoft technologies, manage service desk tickets and support the delivery of key IT projects.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer looking for a varied technical position with flexible working and long-term career development.

The Role:

• Providing remote, telephone and on-site IT support.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
• Based in Warrington with travel to customer sites when required.

The Person:

• IT Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer / IT Technician.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Holds SC clearance or willing to undergo clearance.
