IT Support Technician in Birmingham, West Midlands

I am looking to speak to IT Support Technicians to work with my client on their projects and in their network of offices across the Midlands and North West of England.

It is a bonus if you already have experience providing support to a contractor within the construction or Civil Engineering industry.

This is a mobile role and you will be developing your career in a growing business that invests in up to the minute technology, cybersecurity, cloud services and employee development.

Key responsibilities include end user support, user and identity management, device and asset management, security compliance and infrastructure support.

On offer is a base salary of between 35-40k along with a company vehicle, fuel, on-site parking, pension and the opportunity to thrive in a  business that is experiencing a strong positive trajectory.

Technical skills required include the following:

•Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
•Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
•Ability to configure and deploy end-user devices and join them to Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
•Experience supporting mobile devices running iOS and Android.
•Understanding of PC hardware, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
•Familiarity with basic networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi.
