• An experienced IT Support Technician / IT Support Engineer who enjoys providing hands-on technical support to users
• Experience across 1st and/or 2nd line IT support
• Someone comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, Microsoft 365 and user issues
• This is a people-focused business – we want someone friendly, engaging and collaborative who enjoys helping colleagues
• Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally within approximately 12 miles of Ashby-de-la-Zouch / Coalville region
