We are hiring an IT Tech Support Specialist to provide L1/L2 support across our IT infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 and L2 technical support for hardware, software, servers, and networks.
- Build, image, and configure new laptops and desktops.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware faults, basic printer issues, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
Key Requirements
- Solid technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience with laptop imaging and desktop hardware repair.
- Strong customer service and L1/L2 troubleshooting skills.
