This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 1st & 2nd Line IT Technician looking to broaden their technical exposure and take the next step in their career.
 
Joining a growing organisation, you'll play a key role in supporting users, maintaining critical systems, and developing your skills across Microsoft cloud technologies and business applications.

Please note, this role is based on site 5-days near Colchester.
 
Key Requirements
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and user issues
  • Act as a first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Assist with Azure/Entra ID user administration, permissions and access management
  • Manage and resolve tickets in line with agreed service levels
  • Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to end users
  • Work collaboratively with the wider IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
 
Key Experience
  • Previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line IT Support role
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Knowledge of Azure and Entra ID administration
  • Experience working with service desk or ITSM ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and remote support environments
  • Familiarity with Intune, SCCM or similar endpoint management tools
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM would be advantageous
  • Understanding of ITIL principles or an ITIL certification would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with users across the business
