Our long-standing client is a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP), is actively seeking skilled IT Technicians to join anexpanding team. Role Overview:
As an integral part of our team, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver top-tier IT support and solutions to our clients. From diagnosing and resolving issues to implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure, your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless IT operations for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients.
- 365 Administration, troubleshooting, picking up tickets.
- 365/Windows Server/ 2nd line support
