Italian & MFL Teacher – Newham, East London

A well-regarded secondary school in Newham is seeking a passionate and adaptable Italian & Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join their team on a flexible, part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist in Italian who is also confident delivering general MFL lessons (primarily French and/or Spanish) across KS3 and KS4.

The Role

• Deliver engaging Italian lessons to secondary school students
• Teach general MFL (French/Spanish) across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons
• Maintain strong classroom management and student engagement
• Support pupils of varying abilities to achieve their full potential

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialism or strong proficiency in Italian
• Experience teaching MFL at secondary level (KS3/KS4)
• Confident teaching French and/or Spanish alongside Italian
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and able to integrate into a supportive department
