Jet Washing Operative

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for Jet Washing Operatives on behalf of our client based in Liverpool, Manchester and Preston.

Your main duties will involve:

• Carry out high-pressure jet washing and cleaning of construction sites.
• Operate industrial pressure washers and associated cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Remove dirt, mud, cement, dust, debris, oil and other contaminants from surfaces.
• Clean plant, machinery, scaffolding, access areas and site equipment as required.
• Work safely in accordance with site health and safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Wear and maintain the required PPE at all times.
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain jet washing equipment, reporting any defects or faults promptly.
• Ensure work areas are left clean, safe and presentable.
• Hold a valid CSCS card and be comfortable working in a busy construction environment.
• Previous experience in jet washing, industrial cleaning or construction is desirable.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Driving licence (vehicle and all equipment will be issues to you)

Pay rate: 14.50£ p/h

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm
