Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of joinery work on high-end residential properties.
• Erect and install timber frames to required specifications.
• Complete plasterboarding and associated finishing work.
• Undertake general house-building and construction duties.
• Measure, cut and assemble timber and other materials accurately.
• Follow technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
• Work effectively alongside other trades on site to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Joiner within residential construction.
• Strong all-round joinery skills.
• Previous experience with timber frame construction.
• Experience with plasterboarding is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Relevant trade qualifications or experience preferred.
• Own tools and reliable transport are advantageous.
