Joiner Carpenter

Bridgeman Recruitment are looking for an experienced and reliable Joiner to work on a refurbishment project in Lymm, Cheshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality first-fix and second-fix joinery, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out first-fix and second-fix joinery.
• Install doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, and other finishings.
• Fit kitchens, partitions, timber flooring, and other timber components where required.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Repair, replace, and refurbish existing timber structures and fixtures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Work collaboratively with site management and other trades.
• Adhere to all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joiner, preferably on refurbishment projects.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Desirable

• Experience working on commercial refurbishment projects.
• Ability to complete both first-fix and second-fix joinery.
• Relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
