We are currently recruiting 2 x experienced Fire Door Joiners for an immediate start on a student accommodation project in Newcastle city centre.
Job Details
- Location: Newcastle City Centre
- Project: Student Accommodation
- Duration: 4-6 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate: £27.00+ per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Duties
- Installation and remedial works on fire doors
- Fitting fire door sets, frames, ironmongery, and associated joinery works
- Ensuring all works are completed to current fire safety regulations and site standards
- Working efficiently within occupied and live accommodation areas where required
Requirements
- Blue or Gold CSCS Card (essential)
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate (essential)
- Proven experience in fire door installation and maintenance
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Ability to start immediately
