We are recruiting for an experienced Joiner to join a well established contractor based in Glasgow. This is a permanent position offering stability and a steady flow of work across a range of projects.
The role:
You will carry out a variety of joinery works across housing, remedial, commercial and industrial projects. Day to day, this will include:
- First and second fix carpentry
- Repairs and reinstatement works following damage claims
- Fitting doors, skirtings, kitchens and flooring
- Timber repairs and general property maintenance
- Working to a high standard while keeping customers and site teams informed
About you:
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter and Joiner
- Background in at least one of the following: housing, remedials, insurance work or domestic properties
- Time served or equivalent qualification (SVQ Level 3 or similar)
- Full UK driving licence
