Are you a skilled joiner looking for your next opportunity in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment? We're on the lookout for a talented Multi‑Skilled Joiner to join a well‑established team delivering high‑quality repairs across Chelsea & Kensington.
The Role
As a Multi‑Skilled Joiner, you'll take the lead on joinery works while also supporting with a range of multi‑trade repairs-ensuring jobs are completed right first time.
No two days are the same-you'll be out on site, solving problems, supporting residents, and delivering a top‑class service.
What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out high‑quality joinery repairs and installations
• Completing multi‑trade tasks to ensure efficient first‑time fixes
• Delivering excellent customer service on every job
• Maintaining accurate job records and reports
• Managing your workload independently and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
• Keeping your vehicle, tools, and stock in great condition
• Participating in an on‑call rota (£525 per on‑call week)

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong joinery expertise with multi‑trade experience
• Experience in customer‑facing, target‑driven roles
• Ability to work independently and problem‑solve on the go
• Solid understanding of health & safety practices
• Social housing experience (desirable)
• Access to your own power tools (essential)
