Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out all aspects of first and second fix joinery.
- Installing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, and other timber products.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials to a high standard.
- Repairing and maintaining existing woodwork and structures.
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
What We're Looking For
✅ Proven experience as a Joiner/Carpenter
✅ Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent preferred)
✅ Full UK Driving Licence (Essential, Clean)
✅ Ability to work from drawings and specifications
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
✅ Reliable, professional, and self-motivated attitude
✅ Good understanding of health and safety requirements
