Joiner Required - York


Location: York, YO31 8SS
Start Date: 28/09/2026
Duration: 2 weeks
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
Paid Hours: 8.5 hours per day
Pay Rate: £31.00 per hour
Parking: Free parking available



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Fitting 315 MDF window boards in total
  • Ensuring all window boards are fitted neatly and to a high standard
  • Working efficiently to meet the project requirements and programme
  • The successful candidate will be required to attend site on the 18th to complete a mock-up example and run through the installation with the site team prior to commencing the main works


Requirements

  • Valid Blue CSCS Card
  • Previous joinery experience
  • Full PPE
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of workmanship
