Joiner - Large-Scale Industrial Refurbishment
I'm working with a refurbishment contractor delivering a large-scale industrial refurbishment project and are looking to appoint an experienced joiner to join the team.
The role will be predominantly 2nd-fix joinery, working alongside other trades to help keep the project on programme and to a high standard.
The Role:
- Carrying out 2nd-fix Joinery works across the industrial refurbishment
- Installing doors, frames, skirting, architraves, ironmongery, and other joinery items
- Completing finishing and snagging works as required
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Coordinating with other trades on site
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a joiner/carpenter, particularly 2nd-fix
- Previous experience on commercial or industrial refurbishment projects preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
- Good attention to detail and quality of finish
- CSCS card required
- Own tools and PPE required
