Location: South West, North West & West London
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 DOE, with progression up to £32,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Holiday: 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays

The Role

An excellent opportunity has become available for two Junior Air Conditioning Engineers to join a small, established air conditioning team working across high-end and luxury residential properties throughout London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their air conditioning career who is looking for hands-on training, development and long-term progression into a fully qualified AC Engineer.

You will work alongside experienced Air Conditioning Engineers and the company Director, assisting with the installation and commissioning of bespoke air conditioning systems within prestigious residential properties.

The role will predominantly be foot mobile across South West, North West and West London, although there may be opportunities to travel with engineers in company vehicles depending on location.

Duties Will Include

• Assisting experienced engineers with AC installations

• Installation of split, multi-split and associated air conditioning systems

• Supporting with commissioning of new systems

• Assisting with pipework, cabling and equipment installation

• Carrying tools, materials and equipment to and from sites

• Working within high-end and luxury residential properties

• Maintaining a clean and professional working environment

• Liaising professionally with clients and other contractors on site

• Developing technical knowledge through hands-on training

• Working towards becoming a fully competent Air Conditioning Engineer

What We're Looking For

We would be interested in speaking with candidates who have some experience within air conditioning, refrigeration, construction, labouring or a similar hands-on environment and are serious about developing a career within AC engineering.

Ideally, you will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or currently be working towards one

• F-Gas qualification is desirable but not essential

• Previous labouring, mate, improver or junior engineering experience

• A strong interest in progressing within the air conditioning industry

• Good communication and customer-facing skills

• A professional attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to travel around London for work
