Junior Analyst / Business Development Support

Position: Full‑time

About the Role TML Recruitment is recruiting for a Junior Analyst / Business Development Support to provide the data, research, CRM and operational backbone required to scale business development activity. This is a junior role designed to support the Business Development team with lead generation, prospect research, campaign datasets, FOI processing, CRM administration, pipeline reporting, and sales coordination.

The successful candidate will take ownership of repeatable, data‑intensive tasks, enabling senior colleagues to focus on higher‑value prospect engagement and revenue generation. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, analytical individual with strong Excel and data skills, research ability, and commercial curiosity. Property experience is not essential, but a genuine interest in the sector, technology, and analysis is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research target companies, identify landlord and occupier prospects, build campaign datasets, and process FOI returns.
  • CRM Administration: Maintain Mondaydotcom records, update deals, monitor pipeline stages, and ensure data quality.
  • Sales Coordination: Schedule follow‑ups, prepare prospect briefing notes, record meeting outcomes, and produce weekly pipeline reports.
  • Campaign Support: Manage mailing lists, support email and LinkedIn campaigns, and track engagement metrics.
  • Research & Intelligence: Conduct property and company research, identify new market opportunities, and support partnership targeting.
  • General BD Administration: Assist with proposals, maintain documentation, and support onboarding of new opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Bright, analytical junior candidate with strong Excel/data skills and systems aptitude.
  • Comfortable working with structured datasets, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong research ability and commercial curiosity, with interest in property, tech, and AI.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident supporting senior management.
  • Ideally a property degree or property company experience, but not essential.
  • Hunger to learn, proactive attitude, and ambition to grow into broader commercial analysis.
