Junior/Assistant Project Manager in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire

Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant or Junior Project Manager to work for a client based in the Hertfordshire area

The role will involve working under the Project Manager and assisting with the running of a number of residential projects. The sites will involve individual new builds, large high end extensions and refurbishments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and looking to progress within a growing development company.

You must be happy to travel to various sites in Hertfordshire area and possibly Norht/East London

Ideally you will require:

• CURRENT SMSTS OR SSTS
• FIRST AID
• PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
• CURRENT CSCS

This is a long term role
