What You Will Be Doing as a Junior Bridge Inspector
As a Junior Bridge Inspector, you will be working alongside experienced inspectors and engineers while developing the technical knowledge required to become a qualified Bridge Inspector. You will be doing the following:
·Assisting with inspections of bridges and highway structures across London and the South East.
·Supporting senior inspectors with general and principal inspections.
·Recording defects and preparing accurate inspection reports.
·Carrying out site surveys and collecting condition data.
·Assisting with concrete testing and structural investigations.
·Using specialist inspection equipment and digital reporting systems.
·Working closely with engineering teams to help maintain vital infrastructure assets.
·Developing your understanding of bridge inspection standards and industry best practice.

Skills and Experience Required
