This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Building Surveyor to join one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary property consultancies, offering outstanding APC support, genuine career progression and exposure to a wide variety of projects from day one.

This well-established multidisciplinary consultancy delivers Building Surveying, Facilities Management and Property Consultancy services across the UK. Working predominantly with local authorities alongside a growing private sector client base, they deliver projects ranging from minor maintenance works through to £1 million refurbishments. With an outstanding reputation for staff development, they provide structured APC support, extensive training programmes and genuine long-term career opportunities.

In this role, you will assist with the delivery of a wide variety of projects from inception through to completion. You'll produce specifications and tender documentation, undertake contract administration, prepare project estimates, carry out site inspections and gain valuable experience across planning, building control and project delivery while working alongside experienced Building Surveyors.

The ideal candidate will have some Building Surveying experience, a proactive attitude and the ambition to develop their technical knowledge while working towards Chartership.

The Role

• Assisting with Building Surveying projects from inception through to completion
• Producing specifications, drawings and tender documentation
• Contract administration and project delivery support
• Preparing project estimates and feasibility studies
• Site inspections across Devon and Somerset
• Planning and Building Control applications
• Hybrid working between office, home and project sites

The Person

• Building Surveying experience
• Experience producing specifications and contract documentation
• Contract Administration knowledge
• Relevant degree or practical construction background
• Full UK Driving Licence
