Our client is expanding their Nottingham team and is looking for driven, personable individuals to join as a Junior Business Development Assistant. This is a hands-on introduction to how businesses grow — winning new customers, building relationships, and representing brands out in the field.

You don't need a business background or prior experience. What matters is your attitude, your ability to connect with people, and your willingness to learn. Full training is provided from day one, with a genuine path into more senior business development and account management roles.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Meeting new customers face-to-face and identifying opportunities to grow the client's business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Presenting products, services, and offers clearly and professionally
  • Supporting the end-to-end process from first conversation through to sign-up
  • Working towards individual and team growth targets
  • Learning the fundamentals of business development, negotiation, and client management
  • Taking part in regular training and coaching to build toward more senior responsibility

  • Coachable and keen to develop commercial skills

PAY & PROGRESSION

  • £600–£800 OTE per week
  • Uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses
