Junior Commercial Coordinator

Commercial Coordinator | Construction Logistics | Kempston | £20ph

We're recruiting for a Commercial Coordinator on a major construction project in London, supporting the Commercial Manager across procurement, subcontractor management and cost control.

The role:

• Managing commercial documentation, RFQs and purchase orders
• Sourcing and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Processing and verifying invoices against POs and agreed works
• Maintaining procurement trackers and commercial records
• Supporting subcontractor onboarding and supply chain management
• Assisting with cost reporting and value engineering

What we're looking for:

• Strong admin and organisational background
• Commercial awareness and procurement experience
• Comfortable with Excel and document management systems
• Construction or logistics environment experience preferred
• Attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities
