My client is looking for a Junior Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an electrical site background who is ready to develop into running commercial projects, with full support and training provided.

This is a genuine career progression role for someone who understands electrical installations and wants to move into managing projects from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting delivery of commercial electrical building services projects
• Working closely with experienced Project and Contracts Managers
• Learning how to manage programmes, subcontractors, and project costs
• Developing into full project responsibility over time

What we’re looking for:

• Electrical building services background (essential)
• Currently working on site or in an electrical role
• Strong desire to move into Project Management
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
