Junior Estimator

The Role

Working alongside experienced estimators, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of construction and refurbishment projects. You'll be supported every step of the way, developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful estimator.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Supporting the pricing of materials, labour, and project costs.
• Maintaining accurate estimating records and documentation.
• Working closely with the commercial and operational teams throughout the tender process.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Motivated and eager to develop a career in estimating.
• Organised, proactive, and keen to learn.
• Numerate with strong attention to detail.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experienced in a construction environment or educated in a relevant construction-related discipline (desirable but not essential).
