Are you a Junior Estimator or similar from a construction background looking for a varied role with an exciting and diverse workload within a well-established company offering full chartership funding and support?

For over 40 years, this company has been providing specialist fit-out solutions for commercial clients across sectors including healthcare and education. Through continued success, they have grown into a multi-million-pound business and are now looking to strengthen their estimating team.

In this office-based role, you will support the pre-construction process by preparing tender packs, completing take-offs, pricing BOQs, and producing final tender submissions. You will work closely with senior Chartered professionals, who will provide full support and funding towards your own chartership. This is a Monday to Friday role, working 8:15am-5:15pm.

This role would suit a Junior Estimator or similar from a construction background looking to develop their technical skills and progress towards chartership within a well-established and growing business

The Role

• Prepare tender packs, take-offs, and BOQs
• Produce pricing documents and final tender submissions
• Work closely with senior Chartered professionals
• Monday-Friday, 8:15am-5:15pm

• Able to commute to Merseyside
