Site Based: Commutable from Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, Clevedon, Bristol and Surrounding Areas

Are you a Junior Machinist, Welder, Fabricator, Setter, Operator or similar from any engineering / manufacturing background, looking for the rare opportunity to be fully trained into becoming a CNC Programmer whilst being the right-hand man to the manager, all with the aim of you taking the step upwards into a Leadership position?

This role would suit a Junior Machinist, Welder, Fabricator, Setter, Operator or similar from any engineering / manufacturing background or similar looking to be part of a massive project, allowing them to take the next step up in their career into leadership.

The Role:
*Monday-Friday: Earlies and Late Shift + 10% Shift Allowance
*Full Training into Machining and Fabricating
*Leadership Training

The Candidate:
*Junior Machinist, Welder, Fabricator, Setter, Operator or similar from any engineering / manufacturing background
*Looking to step up into Leadership
