Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid working after probation)
Salary: £32,000 per annum + Excellent Career Development

The Role
As Junior HR Advisor, you'll support the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive continuous improvement across the HR function. Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day HR administration and employee records
- Maintaining and developing the HRIS system
- Producing HR reports, KPIs and management information
- Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries
- Assisting with low-level employee relations cases, including absence management and long-term sickness
- Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and procedures
- Updating job descriptions and HR documentation
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and wider HR initiatives
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll gain invaluable exposure across all aspects of operational HR.

About You
We're looking for an ambitious HR professional who is ready to take the next step.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within an HR administration or HR assistant role
- A genuine passion for developing a career in HR
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- The ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees
- Confidence handling confidential information with discretion
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
