Junior HR Business Partner in Leeds, West Yorkshire

Agreat opportunity to join a fast past business in a growing HR Team.

This is a brand new role working closely with the HRBP's in a generalist capacity for all aspects of HR including:

• Employee Relations casework
• Partnering with Managers across the business for all HR matters
• Coach, guide and upskill managers
• Induction and onboarding into the business.
• Supporting with review of HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
• Supporting the implementation and roll out into the business of a new HRIS
• HR projects
• Travel across the UK as and when required
• Based out of the Leeds Office 4 days per week with 1 day WFH
• Salary £35-40k depending on experience
