Junior IT Technician, Market Bosworth, Early Finish Friday

• Junior IT Technician, IT Support, Helpdesk / Service Desk or Trainee IT role – full training provided for someone with a proactive, hands-on and eager-to-learn approach.
• Salary £25,000 as a starting guide + 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with clear scope for progression as you develop.

Your Background as a Junior IT Technician:

• Ideally hold a relevant related IT (or similar) qualification and have a genuine interest in IT through demonstrable hobbies, home projects, or self-learning.
• Any proven experience within an IT Support position supporting on site users would be highly advantageous.
• Local to Market Bosworth, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Leicester, Coalville or surrounding areas.
• Someone who is responsive, conscientious & highly organised.
• Good communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users in a friendly and professional way.
• Someone looking for a long-term career in IT support rather than a short-term stepping stone role.

Your Responsibilities as a Junior IT Technician:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users, including hardware, software, system and user issues.
• Diagnose and resolve basic IT faults, escalating more complex problems where necessary.
• Support setup, maintenance and replacement of IT equipment across the business.
• Help maintain records, documentation and basic system procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth and reliable IT operations.

This Junior IT Technician role is commutable from Market Bosworth, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Leicester, Coalville or surrounding areas.
