Please note: This is a hands-on, face-to-face marketing role rather than a desk-based or digital marketing position - you'll be out engaging with people directly, not behind a screen.

About the Role

Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of an established client looking to grow its marketing and sales team across Manchester. They're after enthusiastic, personable individuals to join as a Junior Marketing Assistant - a great entry point into marketing for anyone who enjoys people, in-person conversation, and seeing the results of their work first-hand. No previous experience is required, with full training provided from day one.

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll help bring campaigns to life by engaging directly with people where they work, shop, and live across Manchester. Rather than working behind a desk, you'll be introducing charities and brands to the public in person, explaining what makes each campaign worth their time, and gathering genuine interest and sign-ups along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging people face-to-face across Manchester and introducing them to the campaigns you represent.

• Learning how to present a campaign clearly and adapt your message depending on who you're speaking to.

• Answering questions honestly and building genuine rapport with each person you meet.

• Guiding interested individuals through a simple sign-up process, checking that details are accurate.

• Working towards personal and team targets.

• Attending structured training covering marketing fundamentals, communication, and campaign knowledge.

• Working closely with a supportive, experienced Manchester-based team.

We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or graduates looking to build practical, hands-on marketing experience.

What You'll Receive

• Full training and structured onboarding, with ongoing coaching from experienced team members.

• Total earnings range between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
