Junior Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join a growing building services team based in Westerham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn, develop and build a long-term career in mechanical engineering.

Previous industry experience isn't essential. You could be a recent graduate, have a couple of years' experience under your belt, or be looking for an opportunity to start your engineering career while continuing your education.

What matters most is your motivation, willingness to learn and determination to progress.

The Role

You'll join a busy and growing office, working alongside experienced engineers who can provide the support and training needed to develop your technical skills.

You'll gain hands-on experience working on mechanical building services projects while gradually taking on more responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develop.

For someone joining at trainee level, there is also the potential to be supported through further education and university, providing a genuine route to develop academically alongside your practical experience.

What We're Looking For

We're open-minded on your exact level of experience. You could be:

• A recent Mechanical Engineering or Building Services graduate
• A junior engineer with 1–2 years' industry experience
• Someone at the very beginning of their career looking to combine work with further education
• Motivated and genuinely interested in developing a career in engineering
• Keen to learn from experienced engineers and take on new challenges
• Driven, determined and willing to put the work in to progress
• Able to commute to the Westerham office five days a week
