We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Junior to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. The successful candidate will assist with office administration, customer communication, order processing, filing, and general support duties within a fast-paced medical distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Assist with processing customer orders and delivery paperwork
- Maintain accurate filing and record systems
- Support the logistics and administration teams with daily tasks
- Prepare delivery notes, and documentation
- Monitor office supplies and assist with stock administration
- Organise and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling courier collections and deliveries
- Ensure office areas remain tidy and organised
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Requirements & Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Previous office or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
