This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering team where you'll receive full OEM training, work alongside experienced Project Engineers, and develop into a technical specialist delivering complex capital equipment projects from concept through to commissioning.

Due to continued growth and increased project demand, the company is looking for a Junior Project Engineer to support the delivery of automated packaging and processing systems across the UK and internationally.
The Role of a Junior Project Engineer Will Include:

• 
  Supporting the delivery of automated packaging and processing projects from concept through to commissioning
• 
  Producing and maintaining 2D GA drawings and 3D line layouts using CAD software
• 
  Assisting with technical proposals, layouts and engineering documentation
• 
  Coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle
• 
  Supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), installation and commissioning activities
• 
  Assisting with technical risk management, engineering change control and continuous improvement projects
• 
  Working alongside senior engineers to deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective engineering solutions

The Successful Junior Project Engineer Will Have:

• 
  An engineering qualification or previous experience within mechanical, manufacturing or project engineering
• 
  Experience with CAD software (2D and/or 3D)
• 
  An interest in automation, capital equipment or special purpose machinery
• 
  Strong organisational and communication skills
• 
  A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• 
  Full UK Driving Licence
